We are looking for a Tech Lead II specialized in Drupal to play a key role in guiding distributed squads, unblocking technical challenges, and ensuring high-quality delivery across global teams. This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership and client-facing skills, balancing hands-on development with the ability to inspire and support others.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide teams in developing high-quality Drupal solutions, ensuring clean and maintainable code.
  • Collaborate with squads in New York, London, Chennai, and Brazil to deliver scalable and reliable applications.
  • Unblock developers by providing solutions for complex custom features, database operations, and API integrations.
  • Work in multidisciplinary teams to analyze requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain coding standards and promote industry best practices.
  • Support development of online and offline solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Build strong client relationships and manage expectations with professionalism.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

This role reports to the Software Engineering Manager in Brazil and will collaborate with teams across New York, London, Chennai, and Brazil.

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Advanced expertise in Drupal (Back-End and Front-End).
  • Strong knowledge of web development frameworks, databases, and integrations.
  • Experience working in agile environments.
  • Proven track record in leading technical teams.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
